My Besties..

..Hi guys.. I hope you all had a lovely weekend!

I made this card for the November Besties challenge however the Besties blog is actually on hold for a moment as it's having a bit of a change around & I'm thrilled to say I'll be taking over the running of the design team as from January - I'm so excited!! I hope you agree with me that the Besties blog needs a make-over & bringing up to date! I'm really hoping I can make it a fun place to visit & I'm even thinking of having a facebook group run alongside it so all UK Besties fans can interact with one another easier....let me know if you have any thoughts or ideas..

but in the meantime here's my card..

I love this sailor girl!!

I actually struggled with the colouring a bit, but overall I'm please with how she turned out.

the card is a large 8x8 one & I used papers & embellishments for the Carta Bella 'Ahoy There' collection..

I hope she inspires you a little.
