I took a break...

...from making Christmas cards today & played with my lovely new Apple blossom die that arrived in the post..

..the die cut perfectly through my thick black cardstock. 

..for added interest I punched some small pink flowers using a stampin up punch, added a diamante & then scattered them around the branches - I like the pop of colour :)

I printed the sentiment myself using Powerpoint.

It's a pretty large die - just right for this  8x8 card.
