a card & a 12x12 layout..

..Hi guys! happy Monday to you all - I hope you had a lovely weekend. 

Sharni & I spent the whole day yesterday in the craftroom & made a total of 9 12x12 layouts between us..it really was a mammoth scrapping session!!! :) I'll be taking photos of them all today to share with you very soon, but I do have another layout to share today that I made last week using the wonderful kreative-kit..

the photos on this layout were taken back in 2010 on one of our many rock pooling adventures on saltdean beach..

..sofie is only 9 here, she looks so young!

Do you like the little pockets? I think they're really sweet :)

I also have this card to share with you..it's my very first christmas card of the year & it's being entered into our workshop group facebook challenge - the challenge this week was a sketch & to use only black & white..

I used the stampin up lovely as a tree stamp set & smothered it in dazzling diamonds :)

as usual the photos don't really do this card justice, it's a large 8x8 card & the dazzling diamonds look stunning in real life!

..but anyway, I hope it inspires you a little - maybe like me, you need a little shove to get into christmas card making mode! lol :)
