..a non-crafty post for you today.. I just wanted to share with you these healthy,easy, Actifry parsnip crisps..
..they're super delicious to snack on, very satisfying & low in calories!
I just thinly sliced my parsnip..popped it in the Actifry with half a teaspoon of olive oil, added some salt & pepper - 25 minutes later they're done!
my parsnip weighed 183g so with the oil my bowl full worked out around 130 calories.
Great idea! I've done the beetroot chips in the oven (saw it on Pinterest). But it never crossed my mind to use parsnip. Thanks!

Oooh, sounds lush, I have made them in the oven but i bet they're more crispy in an actifry. One slight problem, is that i don't have one and I'm not sure i have room for another kitchen implement, but I may consider it. looks lush x
