I have something new for you today..
...a new challenge to myself which I am naming 'Recycle Something'..I am going to try & recycle some old packaging, paper, boxes, tags (anything that would usually get chucked in the bin!) and make them into something new & pretty, & i'd like to try & do this at least once a month.
So here's my first attempt..
I started with this cake box from M&S..
& a tag which came off a t-shirt I bought a couple of weeks ago.
& I turned them into...
a beautiful & very summery, butterfly birthday card & matching tag!
I though it was appropriate to use a butterfly theme as the cakes which came in the box were 'butterfly' cupcakes!!!
Please comment to let me know if you like my idea..& why not try it yourself?????..if you do make something, please leave a link & message letting me know - I'd love to see what you come up with.
