The letters are stamped in Brilliant blue ink, using the Stampin up 'Big deal' alphabet (this is THE BEST alphabet set ever! nice bold letters, easy to cut out) then mounted with dimensionals on yoyo yellow squares which have been framed with silver cardstock. These are then stuck, again with dimensionals, to the brilliant blue card base which has 2 layers - yoyo yellow & then white which has been embossed using the cb tiny bubbles folder...add a few silver brads to finish & voila!!!..done!!!Thanks for looking
