Why is life...

...so hectic at times???!!!!

It's been a mad few weeks here in the Matthews house! I've not had time to stop, I seem to be running around all over the place doing stuff but not actually getting anywhere!

& we're most definitely having our run of bad luck at the moment...

It started with our beloved cat passing away. We then heard the awful news that my father in law has cancer is going to have to go through chemo. The main sewerage drain for our house became blocked & caused us 'stinky' trouble for a few days. The internet started playing up & we had to have a BT engineer out. And to top it all we decided we needed to 'economise' & change our car...my beloved car!!!..I know, call me sad, but I soooo loved my gorgeous Range Rover sport, we bought her 3 years ago from new, she was made just for me, she was my baby & now she's gone... I feel so sad. We're desperately trying to replace her with something equally as nice (but cheaper) but there's nothing out there that I like..I've tried BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Jaguar.. nothing, not one of them compares to my gorgeous baby..boo hoo!!!! So now I'm temporarily car-less, fed up & miserable :o(

.......anyone got a huge bar of choccy & a bottle of wine going spare??.......

So sorry life is throwing so much at you at the moment

* passes Chocolate and a large glass full of wine *

I totally understand how you feel about saying goodbye to the car - I used to have an Alfa Romeo (not a cheap option!) and have had Audi's too - and I still miss each of them. I currently drive a honda which is very sensible and just funky enough to stop me from wanting to cry about it!!!!

I am sure the world will get better soon.

Hi friend. SO SORRY to hear of all this. GWS-wishes for your FIL, this is a dreadful disease we all hate and fear - but there is good stories out there too. Fingers crossed.
If only I knew how to "send" hyper wine and chocolate I would drown you in choccies. But a CYPER hug will have to do. HUGS...

Sorry you're having a tough time. I had to give up my lovely BMW last year, like yours ordered for me from new, and now I've got a Corsa - no comparison and I scowl at every BMW driver who literally looks down at me.

Hope everything else improves for you soon.
Jackie
