New baby card & First tutorial..

I'd seen this great card a while ago whilst blog hopping & had to give it a go. I made it totally from scratch...it was quite tricky working out the measurements & creating the mini scallops for the trim, but i'm really really pleased with the result..What do you think?

I have added this tutorial for you Charlie - Hope its ok, its my first ever one!!

Step 1.. Start with a top-fold card measuring 10.5 x 14.5 cm.
Step 2..Using a circle punch, punch a hole at the top for the neck. Step 3.. & then the leg holes. Step 4.. Slightly trim the leg holes so they are not so rounded. Step 5.. Measure & mark 4cm down from the top corners.
Step 6.. & 1.5 cms inwards - this is to create the sleeves. Step 7.. mark down to the top of the leg holes & then cut these bits off. Step 8.. Use the circle punch again to cut a circle in a piece of white card.

Step 9..Use a scallop punch to punch around the circle. Step 10.. These bits are then used to make the trim around the neck, legs & can be gently straightened for the sleeves. Step 11.. Add 3 tiny buttons along the bottom Then simply add a sentiment of your choice..and you are finished!!

Hope you like my tutorial :o)
